It isn't often that we find a natural Ethiopian this floral! This one surprised us with soft basil and white tea and a round, syrupy honeydew melon note on the finish. It still shows up as a natural with a silky body and sweetness that lingers. If you've been looking at trying some of the more delicate washed Ethiopian coffees but don't want to leave the punchy notes behind, this is the coffee for you.

a balanced and dynamic blend showcasing the cup attributes we love about specialty coffee. This coffee is roasted for those who are looking for something ever so slightly more developed than many of our single origin offerings. Still in the ‘lighter’ range, but focusing on a juicy body and some light caramelization that lends itself to a super balanced cup that can be enjoyed black or with your choice of milk.
Currently comprised of Colombia Gaitania and Ethiopai Nesru Aba Nura: In the cup, we’re getting some Peach Tea vibes, bouquets of florals and sweet milk chocolates. Great for espresso, great for filter. Go get it.
