Our house coffee, a medium blend of fresh, in-season coffees that are carefully selected to create a delicious, crowd-pleasing brew. Components come from Central and South America, and each coffee is roasted separately and combined after-the-fact based on ratios we constantly test to ensure consistency.

A single origin bean from Huila, Columbia. This single origin is also a single variety Pink Bourbon coffee! Pink Bourbon is an heirloom Ethiopian landrace that made its way over to Latin America. The hallmark flavors of Ethiopian plants mix with the terroir of Huila in this lot, showing sparkly pink lemonade and tropical guava notes, with a sweet panela finish.

This naturally processed lot from Goro Muda comes from the Haro Wachu kebele in Guji's Uraga district, located in Ethiopia's Oromia region. Guji is one of the oldest and most respected coffee producing areas in the world.

El Chiral is a black honey process coffee from Tarrazu, Costa Rica. It is farm-level direct trad and shows notes of sweet apricot jam, and ripe cherries. A solid medium roast with tons of honey process sweetness, and full body.
